First: open Settings > Audio > toggle Voice Chat Permissions ON. If it’s grayed out, restart the app. (Yes, really.)
Next: go to Account > Link ID > paste your Honzava ID. Not your email. Not your username.

Then: hit Play > Duo Queue > select “Raid Relay” > confirm. Don’t tap “Start Match” yet. Wait for the green pulse on both players’ screens.
That pulse means sync is locked.
